A. Online Class: Fully instructor-led online courses (schedule and link
available on www.wedtc.rw )
B. Hybrid Class: Classes are held 2–3 times weekly offline at Norrsken
House Kigali (1 KN 78 St, Kiyovu, Nyarugenge District), with the
remaining sessions delivered online through instructor-led sessions.
- Duration for All Classes: 3 months
Notice & Requirements
- Girls, women, and people with disabilities are highly encouraged to register.
- Prerequisites: For non-language courses, students are required to have an intermediate level of English and a secondary education certificate.
- Registration confirmation will be communicated within 48 hours after successful submission
- Registration fee is one-time per student based on the number of courses.
